The diaper bank is guided by a five-member Board of Directors that provides financial oversight, direction for achieving project goals and supporting volunteer efforts.

The WiL Diaper Bank is supported by an Executive Director, two AmeriCorps members, and several volunteers working within the community and remotely. This team works to collect and deliver products; wrap diaper bundles for distribution; develop outreach, marketing, and social media information to increase project awareness; garner support for diaper drives and recruit community champions.
