Our Story

WiL promotes health and wellness by providing Yavapai County participants with personal care supplies and referrals to local services.

WiL’s overarching mission is to alleviate the cost of personal care supplies and strengthen the use of programs and services for underserved and under resourced families in Yavapai County. Diaper Bank staff and volunteers coordinate with family resource centers, community agencies, and family programs to ensure needy populations are accessing all that is available to assist them in raising healthy children. In addition, older individuals have access to much needed incontinence supplies and students have increased access to menstrual products. Products are distributed to agencies from the Prescott Valley location.

Where We Started & Where We Are Today

  • Bea’s Closet began operation in 2020 and the demand grew tremendously for their services. Between January and December of 2022, there was a 149% increase in diaper distribution with 8,150 diapers dispensed in 2021 and 20,300 given out by December 2022.

  • Wrapped in Love (WiL) Diaper Bank was launched on February 14, 2023.

  • There continued to be a dramatic increase in diapers provided and children served in 2024 equating to a 207% increase in products distributed and a 146% increase in children served over 2023. Additionally, 369 adults were provided incontinence hygiene products.

  • In 2025, more than 182,000 diapers, wipes, period products and incontinence items were delivered to 429 children, 84 adults, and 1,100 girls and young women. We worked with 47 community partners and 30 schools to distribute items through their programs.
